Sadly, I can only give 1 star because although I love the design and product I ordered I did not receive my purchase. The failed delivery receipt says it was delivered to the city and state in which the seller's company is located. This occurred yesterday (July 7th, 2021). I messaged the seller with the pertinent information regarding the tracking history right after the failed delivery, but have not heard back yet. I also sent a brief message to the seller this morning. The delivery issue occurred early in the day yesterday, so my message to the seller should have been read. I would think consistent communication would be key to keeping an Etsy business flourishing. Today (July 8), I am hoping to have a reply.
